1. Buyer can ask for a dispute in order if he is not satisfied or have problem in deliveried order. 


2. Once a dispute is raised, you should communicate with buyer about the dispute case. And try your best to sovle it asap.


3. Seller and buyer have max for 3 days time to solve the case by yourself. We highly suggest that you can solve the dispute case before u7buy intervenes.


Here are some suggestion to solve the dispute:

Talk with the buyer, and try to understand the issue with the order.

Make sure to upload any proof from your side that could help solve the situation.

Respond to the dispute ASAP

If possible, try to solve the dispute by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

If you are not able to resolve the dispute with the buyer, provide proof and wait for u7buy team to handle the dispute.


4. If you cannot solve the peoblem and buyer is not satisfied in 3 days, u7buy will intervene and check the chat history. So evidence and proof are needed it you insist you are innocent. 


Proof for coins/item/boosting/coaching/top up service:

The evidence and proof including trade screenshots, videos, or anything useful ones, to prove that the order was delivered to the buyer.


Proof for account/gift card/game key service:

The evidence and proof including the proof of account works or proof about buyer has changed accont info like email/password, or anything useful ones, to prove that the product you sent to buyer is available and prove that buyer disputed for no reason.


The more evidence and proof you provide, and the more positive attitude you show in the chat, the more likely you will win the dispute.


5. U7buy team will check the chat in dispute order and make the judgement to the dispute case.


6. Seller can manaeg to take the product back once the dispute has been resolved in a way that benefits the buyer.
